Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters, with their dramatic white cliffs and gently undulating downs, is an area of outstanding natural beauty and tranquillity which belies its proximity to the busy south eastern towns of England.
We farm this area and are pleased to provide our Walking and Cycling page and Location map which provide walks and cycle routes along the Seven Sisters, the Cuckmere valley and a BeachyHead walk, including a walk to the foot of the Beachy Head Lighthouse at low tide. Beachy Head is a haven for those who like to walk or cycle. It's also a great place for hang-gliding, mountain biking through Friston Forest or mountain boarding, or for the rather less extreme sport of flying a kite, taking a boat trip around the lighthouse or sunbathing at Birling Gap beach.
For a wonderful vacation our Beachy Head Holiday Cottages provide four star holiday accommodation throughout the year whether for a week or weekend. Details are on the Holiday Cottage pages. Alternatively there are two B&B's nearby
There are many historic sites in the area, as well as the pretty villages of East Dean, Friston and Alfriston with good pubs and local shops and restaurants to visit. All within easy reach of the main towns of East Sussex and the South East of England.
For a great day out visitors are welcome to spend some time at the sheep centre, or enjoying the walks including a Smuggler and Ghost Walk, the Hikers Rest Tea and Gift Shop, cricket on the recreation ground, or one of the many events in the village that take place throughout the year.
The farm in addition to our lamb and beef is now producing Beachy Head Ale in a micro brewery in the village which is available in local farm shops and stores, details are on the Brewery page.
We hope to see you here for a great day out or holiday in East Sussex and would be happy to provide any further information you require.
