Prices shown below are for a Week, being 4pm Friday to 10am following Friday.
Midweek breaks and Weekend short breaks prices:
Weekend = 4pm Friday to 10am Monday, 3 nights = 70% of the Weekly price
Midweek = 4pm Monday to 10am Friday, 4 nights = 60% of the Weekly price
Short breaks are available only "last minute" in June, July and August.
Block Bookings sleep 15 - Beachy Barn can entertain and seat 15 around the dining room table

Weekend breaks for 3 nights from Friday night to Monday morning are 70% of the weekly total.

Mid week breaks 4 nights from Monday night to Friday morning are 60% of the weekly total.

20% Deposit with booking and 80% balance due six weeks before arrival

During Peak times we only accept short breaks unless there is last minute availability.

Prices include all linen, towels (not beach towels), heating, water, electricity, and gas. VAT is not applicable
