Award-Winning Ales from the Beachy Head Brewery Return to Eastbourne Beer Festival

EASTBOURNE BEER FESTIVAL9 – 11 October 2014

The fine ale “Legless Rambler” from the Beachy Head Brewery, which beat off strong competition to win CAMRA’s Best Micro Brewery Beer last year, will be returning to the Eastbourne Beer Festival in 2014. The Brewery’s “Famous Christmas Ale”, “Southdown Ale”, “Original Ale” will also be amongst the 160 real ales on the menu at the Festival.

Established in 2006, the Brewery has already won several awards and has a fantastic record at the Eastbourne Beer Festival. In 2010 “Legless Rambler” beat 120 beers from around the UK to win Beer of the Festival, and in 2008, 2011 and 2012“Legless Rambler” was voted Microbrewery Beer of the Year.

The Beer Festival, which will be held over three days 9 – 11 October 2014 at the Winter Garden Eastbourne, is one of the largest in the UK. This year the Festival will feature over 160 ales, plus wines, bottled beers, ciders and perries, and is expected to attract in excess of 4000 visitors.

Visitors to the Festival can look forward to a packed programme of live entertainment, with everything from R&B to acoustic sets and much more. Pub grub will be available throughout the event and there will be a chance to try your hand at traditional pub games such as Bar Skittles and Toad in the Hole.
