    This single-storey oak and flint cottage has a glass front that overlooks the stunning South Downs. Sleeps 5 in one en-suite twin room (beds can be zipped together), one double room with patio doors that lead to the terrace and one single room.

    Shower room includes a toilet and basin. Open-plan living and dining room features French doors that open onto the terrace – ideal for catching the sun. Kitchen is fully equipped and ready for cooking.

    The garden gets lots of sun and is the perfect place to read and relax.

    The Beachy Head cottages, which are 18th century listed farm buildings, have been given 4 stars by Quality in Tourism and have achieved a Gold Award as part of the Green Tourism Business scheme, for quality and the efforts we make to improve and protect the local environment.

    Block Bookings

    From March 2012 the cottages sleep a total of 33 people in comfort and Beachy Barn has a magic extending table that seats up to 15 people, making the cottages ideal for large families or family get-togethers, where parents, grandparents and grandchildren can have their own cottage, yet still enjoy the countryside and eat together.
