This year’s Christmas market will take place on the 17th December from 10am to 4pm, come and join us at the village hall for a day full of festive fun. With 50 stalls there’s sure to be something for everyone, whether you’re looking for some hot food and drink, Christmas gifts, or some unique antique finds.
Throughout the day there will also be live festive music from The Archway Choir, Voice Works Choir, Happy Place Choir and the Seaford Marching Band.
A Christmas market wouldn’t be complete without a Christmas raffle. Tickets can be purchased at any of the usual village markets on Wednesdays up to the Christmas Market, and at the Christmas market itself on the 17th December. The winning tickets will be drawn on the 21st December. The proceeds from this year’s raffle will be split amongst three charities – Sussex Air Ambluance, Seahaven Wildlife Rescue and the Beachy Head Chaplaincy Team.
Santa will be in his Winter Wonderland all day from 10am to 4pm. All visits to Santa are free to everyone, however you are welcome to make a small donation for Santa’s visit if you so wish. All donations from Santa’s Winter Wonderland are greatly appreciated and will be distributed amongst the Sussex Air Ambulance, Seahaven Wildlife Rescue and the Beachy Head Chaplaincy Team.
The Christmas market is located at East Dean Village Hall, Village Green Lane, East Dean, BN20 0DR. Entry is free and there is plenty of free parking for everyone.
